About This Exciting Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Engineer, working with Medical Imaging Systems, primarily MR, CT X-Ray and Angiography Systems.

You will be based in Wellington, New Zealand, but will be supporting customers in the South Island and lower North Island.

Key Aspects Of The Job

  1. Performing preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, corrective service, and installations

  2. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery

  3. Timely completion of Service Reports

  4. Maintaining and expanding your knowledge through continuous training, including self-learning, computer-based courses, mentorship and hands-on experience

  5. Adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies

Your Background And Experience

  • The successful candidate will be technical, or university trained
  • Have the confidence to work autonomously
  • Having current NZ Electrical Service Technician's electrical registration will be viewed favourably, otherwise you must meet the criteria to obtain one expeditiously
  • A Radiation licence will be considered advantageous, although this can be applied for with the support of the Company
  • Unrestricted drivers licence
  • Able to travel across NZ and overseas
  • Work rights in New Zealand
