Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  2. Administer medications safely and accurately, following established protocols and guidelines.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans, ensuring that they reflect the changing needs and requirements of our residents.
  4. Monitor and assess residents' health, responding promptly to any changes in condition or symptoms.
  5. Support and mentor care staff during night shifts, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
  6. Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
