We are seeking an experienced Technical Insurance Specialist to join our team. As part of our drive to offer outstanding solutions, we have created new roles to achieve our strategic growth. This role demands deep technical expertise, including the ability to draft and refine critical insurance clauses, ensuring compliance and optimal client protection.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Helping to draft and review policy wordings, crafting endorsements, and assisting our specialty client segments maintain wordings.
  • Being a key advisor to the business on all technical insurance issues, including reviewing and triaging insurer endorsements for the Aon Technical library.
  • Developing and delivering insurance product training to Aon staff, and on occasion, to Aon's clients.

**Requirements**

  • A strong focus on the development and drafting of new and updated insurance products, with a specific focus on Aon's own manufactured policies.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Aon to progress projects and deliver against Aon's goals.
  • Providing 'one-off' technical advice on policy interpretation, policy coverage, and other queries as they relate to the construction of a general insurance policy.
