Job Description
As a Principal Service Consultant at Dayforce, you will play a key role in guiding the overall design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements. You will oversee project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on strategic implementations.

Responsibilities
This role includes:
  • Providing implementation services to customers, including supporting project teams and designing innovative solutions.
  • Guiding project teams in configuring the Dayforce application to meet customer business requirements.
  • Leading internal project meetings and providing status on progress of activities and deliverables.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in human capital management applications consulting.
  • 5+ years in a consultant role with Dayforce HCM.
  • Solid experience in business process mapping.
  • Experience in change management is an asset.
