About the Role

The Senior / Evidence Analyst role at the New Zealand Government involves providing complex evidence management and operational support to investigations and litigation matters. This includes assisting with information collection, discovery, and case preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Logistical and administrative coordination of all incoming evidence.
  • Providing high-quality, confidential exhibit and case management support.
  • Effective communication with data custodians and requesters to support investigation teams.
  • Using intelligence tools to deliver strategic insights in investigations and litigation matters.
  • Assisting with disclosure lists, trial preparation, and document bundles.
  • Overseeing the management of evidence rooms.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, process thinking, problem-solving abilities, strong relationship management skills, and administrator experience in e-discovery tools.
