The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager – Upper North Island (Grocery channel) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in Auckland and Northland, achieving sales targets, growing and promoting our product range, and exploring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Territory Managers within the grocery and retail channel
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow product range
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with previous experience in a leadership position
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within an FMCG environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for sales and a commitment to success
