The Senior Project Manager has ownership of the integrated programme for the project, navigates various interfaces, and mobilises resources to ensure successful execution. This includes serving as the primary point of contact, keeping stakeholders informed about timelines and developments, and having strong communication skills and an ability to prepare reporting and briefing to senior governance and critical stakeholders.
- Lead project teams dealing with senior stakeholders and possess good business and political acumen;
- Manage multiple and interconnected projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, working within budgets, and proactively addressing and mitigating risks or issues to the projects;
- Drive integration in design phase project teams, with specific experience in ECI, design alliance, or other forms of integrated design programmes.
