Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse Stationery team as a Team Member - Tech Support. As a key member of our tech department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their technology needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless shopping experiences.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly desirable, as well as a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with their technology-related queries
- Provide expert advice and guidance on product selection and usage
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge and skills
