We are a hard-working and passionate team of engineers and geologists dedicated to providing quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Our Hamilton office is seeking an experienced Principal Geotechnical Engineer/Engineering Geologist to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. This individual will be responsible for providing analysis, design, and technical advice across various sectors, including residential, industrial, infrastructure, and energy.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work closely with clients, and provide technical oversight to the CMW team. They will also play a key role in training and upskilling our engineers and geologists.
What You'll Need
- A relevant Engineering Degree and CPEng or PEngGeol status
- At least 15 years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy
- New Zealand and Waikato experience is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and ability
- Good interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
