Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand - Sealing Crew to join our team in Palmerston North. The successful candidate will operate the FibreDec Multisprayer, implement work activities, and provide guidance to less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the FibreDec Multisprayer and other sprayed seals machinery
  • Implement and initiate work activities within a team
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff
  • Assist Foreman/Support Supervisor with daily workflow requirements

Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
