About the Role
The Growth Marketing Lead will drive digital growth strategies, including paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and digital engagement. You will collaborate across the Marketing Leadership team and cross-functionally to align growth digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Develop and execute digital growth marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Everwell.
- Collaborate with brand, product marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital to wider growth strategies.
- Utilize data, insights, and trends to identify new ways for Everwell to reach, engage, and acquire customers.
