As the Agile Transformation Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers in delivering high-quality software products that meet customer outcomes and comply with engineering standards and security principles.
You'll work closely with the team to identify, grow, and develop engineering capabilities. Your focus will be on driving engineering initiatives and ensuring the team makes progress towards their goals. You'll also facilitate team events, such as off-sites, days out, and team building activities.
In this role, you'll build strong relationships with colleagues to develop a high-performing cross-functional leadership team. You'll execute and improve talent management initiatives and processes within your team, including recruitment, growth, and performance management.
You'll create a culture of psychological safety and inclusion, ensuring the health of your team is monitored, and all members are empowered to raise ideas and concerns. You'll contribute to understanding and communicating technical risks and provide accurate and timely information to the team members and other colleagues.
