Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team and represent Nespresso at leading retailers across New Zealand. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, educating them about Nespresso coffee machines, driving sales, and promoting brand values.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Deliver comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of Nespresso coffee machines.
  • Monitor and maintain the Nespresso area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and meets merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote brand values.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to merchandising standards.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
