**The Role**

  • You'll lead a team of delivery professionals and be accountable for defining approaches that enable effective delivery.
  • You'll partner with leaders and teams across the portfolio, ensuring our delivery and change management approaches are embedded in how we work.

**Your Skills & Experience**

  • Proven experience leading and developing programme, project and change professionals.
  • A strong delivery mindset, combined with deep experience across delivery methodologies, in particular within digital and business transformation contexts.
  • The ability to co-create delivery frameworks that support flexibility and accountability.
  • A collaborative style with excellent influencing skills – able to work effectively with various teams and leaders.
  • A people-first approach to delivery, including a strong grounding in change management, and familiarity with Service Design and Continuous Improvement.
  • A growth mindset – you're always learning, evolving, and helping others do the same.
