We're looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team, working across both our Frankton (Five Mile) and Queenstown (Shotover Street) stores.

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, share your knowledge and passion for the Mons Royale brand, and help create a welcoming, community-driven retail experience.

**What You'll Do**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has an engaging and memorable in-store experience
  • Build strong connections with our local fan base and act as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain high store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting your colleagues and fostering a culture of collaboration

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Possession for outdoor sports, sustainability, and the Mons Royale brand
  • A proactive, team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Ability to work 4 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
  • Flexibility to split time between our Frankton and Queenstown locations
