About the Role
This newly created position will lead a team of six Sales Specialists, responsible for executing sales strategies, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing market presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and mentoring a high-performing sales team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring sales performance, ensuring targets are met while managing budgets, margins, and reporting.

Requirements
