**The Role of the Educational Director**

We are seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of educational director. As our new head of secondary education, you will lead our kura across the two locations, building a strong team and fostering a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement our school's strategic plan, and committed to leading our vision.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement our school's strategic plan.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
  3. Ensure the provision of high-quality education and pastoral care for all students.
  4. Collaborate with the Board to achieve our school's goals and objectives.
