Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineering Lead to join our R&D team. This role involves leading a group of Electronics Engineers and Technicians in the development of new products, driving the delivery of cutting-edge frequency control solutions.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of electronic products, providing technical guidance and oversight to the team.
  2. Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.

Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in electronics product development, with a proven track record in technical leadership and people management.
  • Advanced expertise in circuit design, simulation tools, and design verification.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with key APQP tools (DFMEA, DVP+R).
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide teams in an engineering context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating inspiring leadership qualities.
  • A degree in Electronics Engineering, with preference for advanced qualifications.
