Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development of electronic products, providing technical guidance and oversight to the team.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in electronics product development, with a proven track record in technical leadership and people management.
- Advanced expertise in circuit design, simulation tools, and design verification.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with key APQP tools (DFMEA, DVP+R).
- Proven ability to mentor and guide teams in an engineering context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating inspiring leadership qualities.
- A degree in Electronics Engineering, with preference for advanced qualifications.
