Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual with facilitation and training skills to join our team as an Operations and Service Delivery Trainer. As an OSD Trainer, you will play a key role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent learning. Your responsibilities will include facilitating group, one-on-one and 'just-in-time' operational training programmes, providing face-to-face, remote, and digital learning support, creating learning environments conducive to learning, conducting in-course and post-course evaluation activities, supporting the development of resources for managers and staff, and assisting with the development of structure, policy, processes and support mechanisms that will achieve the best results for training and facilitation in the workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience, commitment to ongoing professional development, proven work experience in development and delivery of operational training, experience in supporting managers and staff with on-the-job learning responsibilities, experience multi-tasking, prioritising work and meeting deadlines, and working knowledge of the principles of te Tiriti o Waitangi.
