The Switched On Group is seeking a seasoned Commercial Pricing Manager to oversee and optimize the pricing strategy for both residential and commercial projects.

This role plays a critical part in balancing cost control, risk management, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement price strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead pricing and estimation functions for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors to support pricing activities.
• Risk management and controls to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with operational, sales, and project teams to drive pricing alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role with expertise in pricing strategy, cost control, and risk management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of dedicated Quantity Surveyors.
• Ability to collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Contract management expertise and ability to build relationships with procurement teams and suppliers.
