Our team of engineering experts works together to design, develop, and test our launch vehicles and spacecraft, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As our Ground Systems Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, testing, and commissioning of advanced launch and test facilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include leading technical skills development, supporting certification processes, and analyzing data post-flight and post-test. You will also be responsible for maintaining interface control documentation and attending meetings and readiness reviews as a subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, with over 6 years of experience in a relevant engineering discipline. Exposure to engineering management, team leadership, or project management is highly desirable. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and be comfortable working with complex systems and technologies.
