About the Job

The Charge Entry Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all billing and collection activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This will involve working closely with the Manager, Revenue Cycle to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, preparing and submitting clean claims electronically, monitoring and correcting claims rejections, following up on outstanding receivables, and resolving insurance claim denials and appeals. In addition, they will be required to maintain accurate records, ensure strict confidentiality of personal client information, and perform other related duties as required by the supervisor.
