Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Palliative Care Facilitator for 32 hours per week. The successful applicant will have opportunities to learn and develop their skills in palliative care and aged care.

This role requires confidence in clinical skills, particularly in palliative care, as well as an interest in teaching and mentoring. The ideal candidate will be able to work with patients and families across various settings with a holistic approach.
