Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations, including managing staff schedules, interviewing and hiring new team members, and overseeing coaching and development programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Create and manage effective schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Interview, hire, train, and orientate new team members
  • Oversee coaching, counselling, and development programs for staff
  • Meet financial targets and optimize restaurant profitability
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management

Requirements:

  • Limited shift availability: no early mornings or late nights
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality or fast-food industry
  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to lift up to 22 kilograms and walk/stand for long periods
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
