The Role
This is a hands-on technical IT support position that requires an understanding of desktop/laptop technologies and Windows operating systems. You will work onsite at one of our clients' offices in various locations across the UK, delivering intermediate to advanced desktop installation, configuration, support, and troubleshooting services in the Wintel environment.

Key Responsibilities
Providing basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors
Effective and efficient customer service to the customer
Communicating with the customer keeping them informed of progress to avoid escalations
Becoming hardware and software skilled and accredited through the appropriate vendor training programmes
