24/7 Incident Manager

The Forest Access Control Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and secure access to our forest areas. As part of our 24/7 incident management team, you'll respond to alerts from remote cameras and provide support to forest users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and triaging alerts from remote cameras
- Responding to calls from forest users who require access through remote gates
- Proactively monitoring security cameras across the forest
- Dispatching forest security patrols and/or police to incidents
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach. We offer a supportive team environment, full training, and ongoing development opportunities. If you have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa, we encourage you to apply.
