About the Job

This is a permanent and full-time role that offers a competitive pay rate of $26.69-$32 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different locations and will receive ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping and cutting materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws;
  • Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment;
  • Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge;
  • Installing structures or fixtures using carpenters' hand or power tools;
  • Verifying the trueness of structure using plumb bob and level;
  • Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings;
What We're Looking For

We are looking for skilled Carpenters and Joiners who possess the following qualities:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in carpentry or a relevant qualification;
  • A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry;
  • Sound knowledge of H&S procedures;
  • Friendly, good time management, and excellent work ethic;
