The Sustainability and Community Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing CSR strategies that align with PTW's mission and values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sustainability practices within PTW's operations.
  • Collaborating with in-country studios and their teams to ensure the successful execution of CSR initiatives.
  • Working with the Global PR team to effectively communicate and promote CSR activities.
  • Supporting the maintenance and growth of PTW's global internship program.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a CSR, communications, or related role, preferably within the gaming industry or a global company.
  • Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
