This role requires an individual with expertise in learning operations and administration of SuccessFactors Learning Management System.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery of developmental programs across the organization.

Key responsibilities include partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors, managing learning registrations and transfers, and monitoring post-training evaluation.

  • Develop and implement proactive planning strategies for learning activities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to design and deliver learning interventions.
  • Manage internal and external learning registrations, transfers, and cancellations in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor post-training evaluation by participants and work with relevant stakeholders to review content based on feedback.
  • Manage invoicing by training vendors and staff claims for learning-related expenditure.
