Main Responsibilities
  1. Proactively recruit, hire, and train all back-of-house personnel to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  2. Perform line checks to guarantee the quality and quantity of food served.
  3. Inspect orders as they arrive to ensure completeness and quality.
  4. Manage the financial results of the kitchen to drive profitability.
  5. Purchase inventory according to sales volumes, forecasted sales, shelf life, and PARs.
Requirements
  • Formal business education or a restaurant management degree is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest service mentality and strong communication skills.
  • Illustrate effective organization and time management skills.
  • Successful completion of corporate training program required.
