About the role
We are looking for a skilled Learning Support Specialist to join our team, providing expert support for the education of young children with diverse needs. The successful candidate will work closely with early childhood educators and teachers to develop and implement individualised plans for specific children, and provide support to include them in the full early childhood programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pre-schoolers and/or children with additional learning needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with learners, families and teachers across a diverse range of settings. A full driver licence and your own vehicle are also essential for this role.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young children with diverse educational needs, working collaboratively with early childhood educators and teachers to achieve excellent outcomes.
