Job Description

The Financial Transactional Administrator will be responsible for supporting our ratepayers by assisting with their email queries and ensuring that our customer contact channels are well managed and kept up to date. This role encompasses a diverse range of functions across our Financial Support Services Team, including property rates, rebates, receipting, payables, invoicing, and sundry receivables.

The successful candidate will represent the Finance Unit as a subject matter expert, assisting external customers and providing support to the wider business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Providing administrative support for financial transactions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Salary Circa $65K dependent on skills and experience.
