**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Op Shop Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Process incoming donated goods, including sorting and pricing items
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and support fundraising efforts
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 6 months' retail experience, preferably in a second-hand or charity shop environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic computer skills
