About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Pharmacy Distribution team as a Clinical Support Professional. This role involves providing pharmacy stock requirements to various areas within the organisation, preparing orders using bar code scanning, and delivering these orders across hospital sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels in designated clinical areas and answering enquiries from wards and other pharmacy staff. They will also have opportunities to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaborate with a positive and friendly team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmacy stock requirements to all areas within the organisation
  • Prepare orders using bar code scanning, stock selection, checking, and packing
  • Deliver orders across hospital sites
  • Maintain stock levels in designated clinical areas
  • Answer enquiries from wards and other pharmacy staff

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have basic computer literacy, a good level of physical fitness, and great teamwork skills. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and reliability, as well as a willingness to learn and take ownership of your growth and development.
