**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervision Specialist to join our team at Consortium For Clinical Research And Innovation Singapore.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the execution of construction works and ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and allocated timeframe.
- To conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and report any discrepancies to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person.
- To verify the accuracy of shop drawings submitted by contractors and check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- To inspect materials delivered to site and report any non-conforming items to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person.
- To coordinate construction tests and ensure that they are carried out where necessary.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Registration as a Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in supervising works similar in nature to the Works, involving diaphragm wall construction, deep excavation, cut-and-cover tunnels, drainage, pavement, taxiways, and runways.
