About the Role

We are seeking a mid to senior level corporate lawyer to join our team in Wellington. The successful candidate will be involved in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial advisory work, contract drafting and procurement, across various sectors including energy, infrastructure, technology, and social sectors.

About You

  • 4+ years' corporate and/or commercial legal experience
