The Caring Physio is a healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality physiotherapy services to communities across the North East of England.

We are seeking experienced physiotherapists to join our team on a casual basis, working autonomously to manage their own caseloads while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive work environment.

  • Flexible Hours: 3-2 days per week with diary management to suit you.

Salary and Benefits: £41 an hour, plus 45p a mile, ensuring fair compensation for your skills and experience.

Job Description: As a community physiotherapist, you will work with patients from diverse backgrounds, applying your clinical expertise to provide holistic care. Your broad clinical skills covering neurology, orthopaedics, and care of the elderly will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload, collaborate with our home physio coordinator and clinical director, and contribute to the wider knowledge and support of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We require physiotherapists with at least 2 years NHS experience, holding CSP and HCPC membership. A caring, compassionate, and friendly approach, combined with a willingness to go the extra mile for patients, is essential for success in this role.

  • Skills Required: Broad clinical skills, including neurology, orthopaedics, and care of the elderly, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
