About the Role

Based on a large, iconic project in the heart of Tauranga, we are seeking a highly efficient and effective administrator to support our project team in meeting their objectives. This is a fixed-term role for the duration of the project based in Tauranga.

The role involves:

  • Supporting the project team in achieving their goals
  • Providing administrative support to the project stakeholders
  • Coordinating office and site events
  • Generating reports and data analysis
  • Liaising with Iwi partners and local businesses and residents

A key aspect of this role is also supporting the project stakeholder management, administration and communications processes; particularly our Broader Outcomes initiatives.
