About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our residents.

The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable youth, and a strong understanding of the issues that affect them. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, including assisting them with their daily needs, providing guidance and mentorship, and helping them to develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our residents to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop a plan to support them in achieving these. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, and that their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
