This role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high quality patient care. As a Healthcare Operations Associate, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians and patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Team/Service

We are a specialist assessment, treatment and diagnosis unit providing care to people experiencing acute mental illness or behavioural difficulties associated with dementia.

The role involves working closely with our Consultant Psychiatrist and Nurse Specialist to deliver high quality patient care.

About You

  • You will be a reliable and organised individual with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to adapt to fast-changing situations and enjoy a challenge.
  • Takes ownership and acts decisively to solve problems.
  • A self-motivated team player who values accuracy and attention to detail.
