Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They manage working relationships with customers and Insurance Partners while providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
  2. Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the Daily Demand Capacity Planner, ASE schedule, and proper scripting.
  3. Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation in a timely manner.
  4. Prepare RO work packets consisting of QC checklists, work orders, parts lists, and windshield tags.
  5. Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE and selecting the appropriate communication type.
  6. Confirm car rental information and update ASE with rental car usage details.
  7. Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure accuracy between ARMS and ASE systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
  3. Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills, along with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong sales drive.
