About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while navigating their dynamic nature. You will be empowered to make key project decisions and build a highly skilled team.
Responsibilities:
- You will oversee technical review, engineering, administration, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, QHSE planning, and cost control activities.
- Ensure project adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote a positive company culture and uphold CB Civil's values and standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of civil construction experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering is essential.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply contracts.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
