As a key member of our Organisational Support Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from strategic planning to operational improvements. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver business solutions that optimise efficiency and effectiveness, and for advising senior leaders on organisational change.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in complex environments. You should be well-organised, structured, and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will have the ability to straddle both technical and business requirements, with a clear understanding of good business analysis practice.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience, with relevant tertiary qualifications. You will also have experience working with a variety of delivery approaches, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. Experience with financial systems such as SAP, process mapping using BPMN2.0 standards, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly desirable.
