Salary Range
$79,656 - $100,639 per annum, with a starting salary based on relevant skills and experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the management of high-value commercial partnerships that align with our strategic growth objectives, ensuring they deliver value and impact.
This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including National Partners, government agencies, iwi, community groups, and other key partners. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership strategies that support our conservation goals
- Manage and maintain existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including iwi, government agencies, and community groups
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver partnership projects, events, and initiatives
- Analyse complex information and develop plans to achieve desired outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in partnership management, with a focus on commercial partnerships
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex information and develop plans
- Ability to engage with iwi/hapū/whānau to achieve work aligned with Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- High level of organisation skills and attention to detail
