Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director to lead our cross-border PE fund, focusing on securing institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and global partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead a pioneering fund at the intersection of capital and sustainable infrastructure.

The Investment Director will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with regulators to secure approvals for cross-border capital flows.
  • Building relationships with institutional investors and global capital providers.
  • Designing tailored investment structures for diverse investor needs.
  • Developing partnerships with government-backed funds, family offices, and Asian sovereign wealth funds.
  • Coordinating investor roadshows in strategic hubs.
  • Establishing joint ventures with developers and renewable energy firms.
  • Overseeing project integration into the fund, ensuring ESG compliance.
  • Developing exit strategies tailored to market conditions.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Mandarin language skills (written/spoken) and strong English communication skills.
  • Substantial experience (10+ years) in PE/VC, with a focus on cross-border transactions (5+ years).
  • A proven track record in fundraising and regulatory management.
  • A deep understanding of renewable energy policies, real estate markets, and macroeconomic trends.
  • An esteemed academic background in Finance, MBA, or equivalent; CFA/CPA highly regarded.
