The Wellington City Council is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Coordinator to provide strategic support to our Chief Infrastructure Officer (CIO). As a key member of our Infrastructure and Delivery Group, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the CIO to operate at peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant who is able to build strong relationships across a dynamic and diverse organisation. You will have experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, juggling complex diaries, managing competing priorities, and being well-versed in Microsoft Office and other business systems.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be naturally curious, confident in knowing when to ask questions, escalate matters, or redirect, and passionate about supporting people and delivering exceptional service.
