We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our Intensive Support Services team in Christchurch. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people reach their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support Rangitahi and Tamariki to live as independently as possible in their community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in approach.
  • Assist tamariki or rangitahi to access education and health services.
  • Help Rangitahi/young people set and achieve their goals, leading to improved outcomes.
