Your Key Responsibilities- Partner with our leaders to transform our safety culture, lifting standards across all operations.
- Guide our business leaders in implementing robust safety systems into our daily operations.
- Develop engaging training that promotes physical and mental wellbeing.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Implement wellbeing initiatives that make a difference to our people, while keeping us on the right side of legislation and best practices.
- A Level 4+ H&S qualification from a recognised provider.
- 5+ years in safety leadership with a coaching mindset that drives positive behaviour.

- A valid driver's license with flexibility for nationwide travel.
