We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Delivery Manager to lead our professional services team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, teams, and stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the pipeline and workplan, supporting team members on client engagements, participating in pre-sales processes, and contributing to the development of PSG practice areas and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PSG workplan and pipeline.
- Lead and mentor PSG team members to achieve high-quality results and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within the IT or digital industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of IT technologies and services.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and project management certifications preferred but not essential.
