We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our Gardens department as a **Gardens Team Leader**. This role involves:

  • Effective management and maintenance of the Gardens department;
  • Collaboration with the General Manager - Retail to improve stock availability and inventory controls;
  • Ensuring customers receive high-quality service and support;
  • Driving sales and profits within the Gardens department;
  • Overseeing department supervisors to promote a positive team culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management experience in retail;
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop staff;
  • A solution-based sales background;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to manage a varied workload;
  • First Aid and Dangerous Goods Certificate.
